What is refers to is not (yet) an icon.

Meaning parochialistic, cognitive dissonance, pessimistic, negative, downer, Contrarion, and a obtuse non-sequential thinker.

being a contrarion which becomes cognitive dissonance that leads to being inconistic.
Aka negativity bias

people who may or may not know they are being negative and cynical about everything. While being oblivious and naive aka confused not knowing.

As if they were acting/playing dumb, like an npc, ask too many questions.

Person 2: "Wait, what are you talking about? Mindfulness? What does that even mean? And why are we talking about feelings and mental health now?"
