A person who slaps their tummy for the pure joy of smacking their tummy.

Girl 2: Oh for sure. She smacks her tummy like it’s nobody’s business

hogglemorph 

The act of taking a comment out of context and there by causing the comment to mean something entirely different - and likely perverse - than what was originally meant by the speaker.

1 -

speaker a: "its that switch thingy that turns a light on"
speaker b: "hahahaha, you said thingy"
speaker a: "your not going to let the thingy go are you"

the last comment by speaker a, out of context, seems to indicate that speaker b is currently holding on to a "thingy", when in reality speaker a was indicating that speaker b was likely to continue to harass him for using the word "thingy", not that speaker b was actually grasping a thingy

Hootlefop 

1) An unscrupulous or illegitimate condition or occurrence. 2) An instance of chicanery or skulduggery. 3) A crock, but where the absurdity is not derived from stupidity but conspiracy. 4) a snafu where those in charge obviously knew better. 5) a racket

Everyone congregated at the grocery store during the pandemic was a total hootlefop. More options would have meant more distance, and the hootlefoppery of elected officials will not soon be forgotten.
