Not used often in Team Fortress 2, presumably because the class has been redubbed "Heavy" and has been adjusted for more balanced play.

Insult developed for wrestler, Shawn Michaels, do to his gayish looking dancing & extremely gay looking outfits. This was especially true in his younger days, though it is still true now.

i fail to remember the original user of the term, though frequently used at JD's Worst of Wrestling.
