Gynephile

A medical/scientific term used to describe someone who is attracted to femininity or feminine qualities.

Abdullah: Hey, Josefi, are you a gynephile?
Josefi: Technically, yes, but that's more of a medical term and makes it sound weird. You could just call me straight.
Abdullah: But you still date trans girls and femboys?
Josefi: Right, so I'm basically straight but not "super straight."

A person who is attracted to femininity, regardless of gender.

John doesn't care what gender you are so long as you look at least vaguely female. He is a gynephile.

A person who is sexually attracted to women.

John is sexually attracted to women. He's gynephilic.
