Historic: traditional African dish of stewed goat scrotum. Brought to America by slaves and adapted to Southern cooking conventions.

Current: Served deep fried at breakfast at any small diner in South Carolina, Georgia, and lower. Interestingly, nobody likes it, but they think other people like it. Yankees will often order it, mistaking it for grits (a more common and even grosser dish.)
Yankee1: What are groats?
Yankee2: Some podunk cornpone sorta thing.
Yankee1: I'll have that.

Yankee1: Wow, this bacon's really leathery.

Johnny o groats

A sweet little cute boy with a big heart and a soft spot for Nissan micras. He loves nature and hails from the north most of places, he’s a mysterious yet passionate lover, and will never back down from defending his pack.
Man I sure love Johnny o groats

Yeah me too he’s so kind and he helps me though so much!
I wish more people would be like Johnny groats. He’s such a good Oager.
A shock image originally from the website goatse.cx, which was intended to be pronounced as "goatsex", although the suffix .cx is no longer in common use when referring to the picture (resulting in the word being pronounced "goat-see". Basically the picture is of a man stretching his anus to frightening length. Like many other shock paraphernalia (such as the infamous 2 Girls 1 Cup)", people will oftentimes prank people by putting a link online of something (such as a sweepstakes or another website) and when someone clicks this link, they will see the image instead of what they were told they would see.

The website had other disgusting images on it until the site was taken down. Since then a website claiming to be Goatse has reemerged.

Unlike 2 girls 1 cup, you will not find very many reaction videos on sites such as YouTube.
If gross images somehow was made into a pro sport, Goatse would be a star player. It WILL scar you for LIFE.
