Governmentfunded; One who lives and survives off all government assistances.
One who purposely lives under the radar to stay funded by the government.

Tonya has been Governmentfunded since her first kid in high school, that was 15 years ago.

It bothers me that people so many people choose to live poor just so they can be Governmentfunded there whole life!
