It is slang for looking up a word on the internet through the search engine Google. It can be a run on of the words "Google it man".
Person 1: Dude, I need to look up the price of that car.

Googlemancy 

In RPGs , magic such as Necromancy (controlling the dead) and Pyromancy (manipulating fire) are often skills that can be leveled up. As such, Googlemancy is the power to manipulate Google to find what you're looking for. Often used in work places, where an old and senile boss will aproach an underling to find some information for him, due to the latter's higher level of Googlemancy.
Mr O'Toole had to ask Kevin, the postroom boy to find the porn he was looking for, due to Kevin's insane Googlemancy skills

Similar to that of a doppleganger, it is another individual with the same name as you whose records and/or stories are mixed in with your own when you Google yourself.

Googlesmart 

Any person who gets 99.9 percent of all info from their favorite search engine to look intellegent on talk/chat forums. Most people who are googlesmart tend to post on forums to look like a highly astounding person, but may not be.

Mechanic two: Ha ha, that guy couldnt spin a wrench if he tried, he claims to know alot, but without his computer, hes Googlesmart.
