Goodlife

A person whose behavior damages the survival of civilization, the human race and of life in general. Derived from Fred Saberhagen's "Berserker" stories, in which some people serve the Berserkers, robots which exist to destroy all life.
The Senator's support for this bill to increase oil drilling subsidies is a perfect example of his long career as a goodlife.

goodliffe

(verb) the act of pencil marking all possible candidates in all cells of a sudoku before solving
I've run out of logical steps, so I'm going to goodliffe this sudoku, and hope to spot some patterns.

Goodliffe's Theorem

Goodliffe's Theorem predicts an inverse correlation between an individual's understanding of percentages, and the likelihood that they use the % button on a calculator.

Anyone with a thorough understanding of percentages is highly unlikely to use the % button on a calculator compared to someone with only a limited understanding of percentages.
Megan: Hey Phil, I'm trying to work out a percentage thingy, do you reckon Noel would show me how to use the % button on my calculator?

Phil: Are you cray cray?! Noel falls towards the extreme right of the Goodliffe's Theorem Curve - he'd just laugh at your stupidity. Try asking Matt.

Have a good life

1. A final phrase used when you are departing paths from an individual that you will never see ever again in your life or theirs.

2. A casual and polite phrase used to express well-wishing for an individual's prospects and life in the period of time that you will not see them. Could be a day, could be a year, could be never again. There is no way to be sure.
Intern: I just finished my internship and wanted to thank you all for supporting me. I hope to be back next year :)

Co-worker: Thanks to you too! It was fun. Have a good life! Bye.
