A term used to describe an exciting moment. Often used when a form of inebriation is involved. Goined can be used as both in present and past tense, but can be substituted as goining.

A point during masturbation where you start to lose control and revert to a Neanderthal goon tard, often after hitting poppers or smoking an insane amount of weed. This term refers to a man "gaining" an inch to his dick by having done something extremely badass/manly, thus becoming even more manly. Men can wear these accomplishments as a medal and brag about them at later dates.
