A term used to describe an exciting moment. Often used when a form of inebriation is involved. Goined can be used as both in present and past tense, but can be substituted as goining.

We were goined at the concert last night.

This term refers to a man "gaining" an inch to his dick by having done something extremely badass/manly, thus becoming even more manly. Men can wear these accomplishments as a medal and brag about them at later dates.
