A condition of being dirty, nasty, filthy and unsanitary.

I need to go home to use the restroom, that ladies' room at the Wal-Mart was functified. It should be condemned by the board of health.

Ruined, broken, or damaged by someone who doesn't want to take responsibility for causing it.

The clerk at Radio Shack, not wanting to admit that he broke the patron's watch while attempting to change the battery, explained it off as saying, "This watch is functified!"
