Froozy is that feeling of being a bit loose and out of it, and you're most likely tipsy and also like maybe a bit horny.

Feeling froozy is often connected to being in a hot tub after drinking because you feel kind of fuzzy but in a good way. Not sure where this word originated but I feel like I lot of old white people say it on vacation.
