Fooderus 

Similar to the Uterus for an actual baby, the Fooderus is for a food baby. The fooderus is only active or felt when in the presence of a foodbaby. This is caused by eating too much food, causing the eater to feel pregnant because they have eaten too much food. This is followed by a feeling of fullness or denseness.

" Ugh. I'm so full, I can feel my fooderus expanding..."

Last night I wanted Pizza so bad but I was broke and only had a loaf of bread so I fooderbated about Pizza while I ate boring toast.

An insulting term for pants that seem to be about 4" too short for the wearer, and can thus be worn in a flood with no danger of becoming wet.
