The act of sneaking closely up behind someone and exhaling a deep breath of hot air into their hair. Usually done to a coworker in an office environment but also appropriate in situations where there are people to witness the act.

A device used to help cover the smell of pot.
Take an empty water bottle, poke holes in the bottom of it and stuff it with dryer sheets.
Blow the smoke into the bottle; it comes out smelling like laundry! *fill the bottle with a decent amount of dryer sheets*...roughly around 8-10, depending on the bottle.
Doesn't work very well when smoking J's or blunts.

Ratfucker
Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
