finicky eater
Insisting capriciously on getting just what one wants as it relates to food. Difficult to please; fastidious about what's being served.
An example of a finicky eater: When asked, "Want to go to XXXX for lunch?" They reply, "You ask me to go to the same places every day." Or the person is so indecisive, after offering several suggestions, all you get back is, "weh weh web,” “nah,” “What else do you have?”

Teresa is such a finickle eater. She ordered her subway sandwich with exactly 8 ounces of meat, dijon mustard, lettuce, no mayo or tomato, on a lightly toasted french croissant with the crusts cut off. Then when I brought it to her she decided she doesn't like sandwiches anymore.

Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
