Accidentally Farting the immediately making a fart sound to camouflage the fact that you really let one rip.

I was walking by a couple of Betty's and let one rip. I immediately shuffled my shoes and started beat-boxing to Fartouflage the sound.

Disguising a fart in a public bathroom by waiting to let 'er rip until the person in the stall next to you flushes.

Thanks to fartouflage, Mary never heard me pass gas in the loo today.
