This person will follow large quantities of people in order to build up their follower count, only to unfollow those people at a later time once being followed back. Therefore having a follower to follow ratio of 10:1. It gives the appearance of being more popular than they actually are. Hipster douchebags are usually the ones that practice this dick move.
