Someone that is a complete dick on Twitter. This person will follow large quantities of people in order to build up their follower count, only to unfollow those people at a later time once being followed back. Therefore having a follower to follow ratio of 10:1. It gives the appearance of being more popular than they actually are. Hipster douchebags are usually the ones that practice this dick move.

This guy has 13,863 followers and only follows 127 people. He must be a DickWitter.

A fellow of the (usual) male sex that is beyond nasty. This person is pukish, inside and out. He will never put on deodorant; hardly ever shower, and when he does he will take a shit in the shower and press it down the drain like a play-doh spaghetti maker. He will show off his shit stains and act like a clingy dick to everybody. Do NOT let this person have a crush on you, he’s into some creepy ass shit.
