Demoprete

A demoprete is the price paid by a State and its representatives in exchange for a part of its people's sovereignty. It differs from culture to culture, and largely dictates the social contract governing a people and Their State.

A Frenchman's demopretes are free healthcare, quality education and robust upholding of democracy, whereas a Chechnyan's demoprete to the Russian government is simply national autonomy.
