(Interjection, Verb, Noun.)/Slang. -
1.(When used as an interjection)- A word that means whatever you want it to mean, because it really doesn't mean anything. It is used because it is fun to say. Can be used as a way to greet people, as a way to express frustration, excitement, surprise, or used randomly for no apparent reason, or when you have nothing else to say or can't think of anything else to say. Also spelled as "dickem dockom".
2. (When used as a verb) - Is said in the form of "dick & dock" or "dick & docked" for past tense. It is less frequently used as a verb than as a interjection, but if you want to use it as a verb, go ahead. Again, it can mean whatever you want it to mean. It is commonly used to refer sexual behavoir or just wasting time.
3. (When used as a noun.) - Is said in the form of "dickem dock". Usually meant as an insult to another person. It could also be used to mean buddy or pal. But it can mean many other things because, again, it can mean whatever you want it to mean.

Dickem Sandwich

A Dickem sandwich is an insult, similar to the phrase go suck a dick, or suck my dick. This is a cleaner term that you can use in front of the elderly or young children to get your point across. This will also confuse your adversary, providing you with an advantage to retort his reply.

The origin of the term stems from a 2008 trip to Las Vegas, where I kept telling a friend to go eat a dickem sandwich. He didn’t know its meaning, but the phrase took and was used as insult thereafter. After I got food poisoning from a restaurant, he told me that I must have eaten too many dickem sandwiches

You would tell a person who just cut you off in traffic to go eat a dickem sandwich
or
When referring to a friend’s sexuality, you could ask him if he ate a dickem sandwich for lunch

2. Being hype over a situation that has nothing at all to do with you.

3. Copying or agreeing with everything a person says.

4. Excessive hypeness of a situation that is done and gone.

5. Saying something you hear other people say without knowing what it means, or because it sounds cool.

6. Changing yourself to fit with people that don't like you.

7. A constant follower of someone (I'm not talking about twitter.)
