Simple Definition: A unique ritual or custom, which displays this quote spoken, usually along with one such person dancing in a reckless way, with a catchy beat.

If you hear the mysterious words "According to the Judgement of the Oratrice Mecanique d'Analyse Cardinale", it is usually followed by a catchy beat and a passionate dance, where you practically let go of all your dignity and just throw yourself around; It happens to look quite silly to some. despite the description, many young and old people alike gather to watch these dances with the words projected, on a unique realm, known to modern humans as "TikTok". This unique custom or ritual remains unknown to most people... but the origin of these legendary words actually come from some bizzare dragon dressed up as an old man....
