More subtle than 'Fake News', CyberGanda is the subtle manipulating of true or supported facts in an online article, story or announcement in order to illicit a specific emotional reaction, public opinion, outcome or physical end result by the readership. Heightening of some details or information in order to draw attention or emotional reaction there, while downplaying or leaving out other ones, typically create a deliberately biased or imbalanced story. Cyber-Ganda is a tool with which a state or organization may fulfil some ulterior motive, gain advantage or profit.
