Cruship

A cruship (a portmanteau of crush and friendship) is when you are very close with a friend or another person and develop feelings similar to that of a crush, but completely platonic (i.e. realizing how attractive you think your friend is, liking spending time with them, being very affectionate, though not in a sexual and/or romantic sense). kind of like the prestages of a bromance, though a cruship can be a thing entirely of its own.

After shopping with Allison all day and realizing how beautiful and cool of a person she is, Lydia realized she had devolved a cruship on her friend.

Lydia: I think I've got a cruship on you.
Allison: Aw. This the start of a bromance.
