If we let him use all those coupons we'll go broke. Tell that costomer to go away!
That guy keeps finding little glitches in our program, and it's taking like 5 hours a week of our time just to help one person. Plus he's always sending spam and we're getting letters from ISP's. He is a VERY BAD COSTOMER.

A customer whose complaints and requests for additional and or modifications to service or product eliminates all profits and instead starts to cost money.
