customerbility

The ease with which a product or service can be bought or accessed, understood and used for its desired and intended purpose, to the (complete) satisfaction of the customer.

Similar to usability but from the perspective of a customer or client in a business-to-consumer or business-to-business relationship, customerbility considers the customer's experience and satisfaction with all aspects of the transaction(s) and relationship with a marketer, the willingness to continue being a customer, and even the willingness to recommend the product or service to others.
Among computer and electronic brands today Apple would seem to have the most enviable customerbility ratings.

Shackteâu

A Shackteau is a humble, weather-beaten, structurally questionable shelter located in a spectacular or highly coveted place—Wales, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, Crested Butte, coastal Maine, the Alps—where the building itself may be worth almost nothing, but the dirt, view, access, and mythology make it absurdly valuable.
