CheckIsn't 

When you attempt to Check In on FourSqaure, mostly when in motion in a vehicle as you are approaching your destination, and the locations are constantly switching positions on the hierarchy list. You click on one location, but as your finger hits the touch screen or select button, the location hierarchy changes

When you are contacting multiple people to see who is available. Sending out the same text to see who will respond to your request to either hang out, get a drink or have sex.

"What you doin tomorrow?"
"Don't know yet, gotta check my traps to see whose down to kick it, I'll let you know if anyone bites. You know checkin traps can take a minute."
"Okay, cool "
