Chaasad, aka Saudi, is a person who thinks that he is living in a Japanese anime world and that he is the main protagonist. He tends to make dumb decisions, stupid remarks, idiotic references, and most people refer to him as an idiot.

My friend tends to make dumb decisions so my friends and I call him Chaasad

A Town/District of the NORTH WEST FRONTIER PROVINCE... now known as KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA. It recieved it's name as it was an area where many of the sub continent's drug dealers would appear... as CHARS is opium and marijuana and ADDA is a bus stop or a caravan stop in the old days. Thus it was called CHARSADDA

My village is in Charsadda where we find a lot of CHARS
