A Town/District of the NORTH WEST FRONTIER PROVINCE... now known as KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA. It recieved it's name as it was an area where many of the sub continent's drug dealers would appear... as CHARS is opium and marijuana and ADDA is a bus stop or a caravan stop in the old days. Thus it was called CHARSADDA
