Cat Locked

A laptop computer rendered useless because a cat is sleeping on it.

I'll get you that file after dinner, my computer is cat locked right now.

Cat lock

When the lesser individual of a relationship buys their significant other a cat, creating an involuntary bond between as cat mom & cat dad. Unlike traditional marriage there is no legal requirement to file for a divorce. However the first person to leave is known as the parent who left. Cat lock - The modern approach to marriage. Typically this done by men but it does not mean roles can't be reversed.
