Castoning 

When you say someone is castoning, that person goes through 20 different names before remembering the other person's actual name. Also right before they get it right they grunt loudly
Person 1: Hey Lucian, uhhh, George, uhhh, Jar, uhhhh, Teius *GHAAAAAAAAA* , Nicu.

Person 2: What the hell was that.
Person 1: Oh I was just castoning

Cocooning 

When someone excludes themselves from society and attempts to improve on a certain factor of themselves such as a particular skill, their personal appearance or an assignment so when they're done they feel like a beautiful butterfly.
Person A: "Is Andrew coming to the party?"
Person B: "Nah he's cocooning."
Person A: "What for?"
Person B: "He's trying to get in shape."

guerrilla cartooning 

The act of drawing, writing, and completion a cartoon or comic strip at the work place. All in the danger of a write up or loss of a job. Comics are usually finished on the spot, and on found on company materials such as sticky-notes, memorandums, and the backs of reports.
Max doesn't understand that his guerrilla cartooning is going to get him fired!
