Not very well known slang. Short for many, many things. It can be an insult, it could mean that someone's annoyed at you, it could mean someone's laughing at you not with you. It mostly means 'YOU'RE AN ASSHOLE WHO DOES NOTHING RIGHT AND WE ALL HATE YOU, HAHAHAHA!'.

Cacidy 

Cacidys can have a tendency to be aggressive and can be mean sometimes. A lot of the time they are sporty kids who use their strength as a tool for their own selfish need. They tend to not be liked by the rest of the friend group. Although they can have their moments, those moments are normally rare.
