A capattack is when you accidentally leave your caps-lock button on and type something. Usually in Chat/IRC/IM etc.

Verb. A cat-like attack, ie: When someone sporadically runs up/pounces someone, then casually walks away.

Similar to the hugtackle, just more crafty.

Often used jokingly as a over-exaggeration in political talk.
