This is an old school word that probably isn't in use any more. It was slang for fake cocaine which was called Bootadine on the streets of Havana FL.

"Than nigga gone get shot if he keeps trying to sell people that damn bootadine."

Jankey. Not well put together. Rigged up. Not up to code repair. Non standard . See also niger - rigged. When someone does something so out of the norm i.e. Dude they way you did that girl was budadine.
In a bad way. Messed up. Synonym FUBAR .

Man that cabling job you did was so budadine you should have paid them.
