The person is generally a black hole that sucks the energy out everyone around them with nonsensical facts that has no basis in reality. They typically talk just to be part of a conversation without adding any value whatsoever. You can spot them by the uncomfortable silence that follows right after they have spoken. A really strong blertus can kill a conversation just by their presence within the general vicinity.
