Another word to describe an extreme level of drunk someone is or was previously. It combines the definitions from belligerent and shit-gunned to explain the intoxicated actions of an individual.

Last night that man was blarin' so hard, he tripped and fell down the stairs leaving the house.

A Blarkin is a verb where a person is blue-balled, or where a person thinks they are going to get laid but it ends up failing, and in their outrage and pure drunkenness, the person punches a hole in the wall.
