Something that is both incredibly intelligent yet crazy at the same time, like the story line of most Macgyver episodes.

The people who write Jack Ass must suffer from major brillanity.

The brillanity of todays world makes me want to drink but buy expensive things.

When your enthusiastic about something but have no idea what it is or why you should care. Basically when your bored into a brain drunk fart by your present company, then some grinning idiot looks at you so you have to respond with a proportionate enthusiasm, and this is what flops out.
