A noun whom is thought to be annoying, stupid or in some cases just silly. Sometimes barrd can be used as swear word to confuse teachers and is usually a fall back-on word when your not allowed to curse. Replaces the word tard in retard.

A derogatory term for someone being sick, due to alcohol, less than one hour into a party.

The term is usually used to offend someone who drinks too much, rather than someone who is a lightweight.

John got so pissed that he was sick less than an hour into Lucy's party - he was absolutely bardened.
