The weird word for a place that is unreachable with your own hands unless you rip off someone else's limb or rip a tree's arm and carve that into a hand then use that to scratch your acnestis and no, I sadly haven't been promoted to Dr.Google yet, ask someone else to make this more dirty, I don't get paid for that type of stuff.
