ADHD'ing 

When your ADHD makes you do stupid things, for instance bringing something upstairs that should be downstairs.

When you are ADHD'ing

Dani: "oh wheres the remote".
Holly: "fuck i adhd'd and left it in the bathroom.

Another Example - writing an urban dictionary definition when I should be doing work, prostrating from doing that and watching a show, greys anatomy, sandra oh don't be mad.

Dani: " so the other day I caught the cat eating the crotch of my underpants.." (holly's brain - Lalalalalalala)
Holly: " Dude, what did you say i was completely ADHD'in.

ADHD Insomnia 

Acondition wherein one attempts sleep, but does not, due to distraction.
Unlike insomnia because insomnia is an inability to fall asleep due to numerous physiological or psychological reasons.
Whereas, with ADHD Insomnia, the mind becomes distracted and basically forgets to fall asleep.

"Sorry I'm sluggish today at work, Boss. Last night I had a conversation where someone asked me if sable was a dog or a cat, and it triggered a case of ADHD Insomnia. That led to asking google questions which lept distracting me. I still don't know if a sable is a dog or a cat...but I did discover this freaky gut in Norway who sings a great cover of Sultans Of Swing."

iPhone ADHD

The act of checking your iPhone with the intent to do one thing and being so distracted by notifications from other apps, texts or messages that you forget why you checked your phone in the first place. Can happen with any smartphone.

Sorry I didn't call you back, but by the time I updated my Facebook status and answered some texts my iPhone ADHD kicked in and I forgot what I was doing.
