This frequently used term was coined by J.A, simply meaning someone who is one of a kind. While it’s unrealistic that anyone could be perfect(100), a 99 is indeed intriguing and unique. They stand out from the herd and could quite possibly be wifey material. Usable for the most unique of women and men alike regardless of appearance, a 99’s soul just speaks to you.

I think this girl might be the one she makes me feel like no ever has, she’s so different from everyone else it’s so refreshing she’s A 99.
