Deriving from All-Nighter, it is known as the "drug" that people are effected by after spending an all-nighter. Usually includes saying and doing stupid things, which one will most probably not remember when one wakes up.

Jo's Mom: Hey Honey, where do you hide your weed?
Jo: Umm its in my "To Kill A Mockingbird" book..
--That Afternoon when Jo wakes up--
Jo: Hey Mom.
Jo's Mom: You're grounded, but thanks for telling me where you hid your weed and being honest about it.
Jo: Fuck, I must have been on A.N., FML.

meaning absolutely nothing. To be sitting around the house either watching TV or internet browsing. To be essentially accomplishing nothing.

Ashley:Hey what's up?

Ashley:You really need to start being more productive, like take up a sport or something! Stop sitting around on the internet all the time!

The flight instructor informed his student that the acronym A.N.C.M. which stands for: Aviate, Navigate, Communicate, Masturbate should be the order of priority in an emergency situation.

A.N.S.

A disease that strikes one in a billion people. Very rare, very dangerous. Can cause uncontrollable fits of various emotional mood swings, even giddyness and fits of laughter.

Commonly untreatable, but in rare situations leaves the patient with no symptoms but an upset stomach from laughter.

These people have come down with A.N.S.
