someone who constantly understands a common expression as a perverse undertone or statement. Derived from the common phrase "get your mind out of the gutter."

Ex. 1:

Mike: "Hey John."

John: "Hey Mike. Where are you?"

Mike: "In bed..."

John: "(chuckles)"

Mike: "Shut the hell up and stop being such a guttermind!"

Ex.2:

"Did you see that movie last night? I thought it was really good and deep, but I couldn't watch it with my friends because they were being all gutterminded!"
