GH has 3 meanings.

Good half: Used to indicate in sports that a team did good in a certain half of the game, either the 1st or last half. It is considered bad to be good at the first yet bad at the second as this indicates choking and losing the game after gaining a lead. It is considered good to be good at the second half regardless of poor performance in the second half as this indicates resilience to come back and a team's ability to perform under pressure.

Glory hole: A hole in a bathroom stall wall where you insert penis and a mystery person sucks it off. Usually gay guys use this, because women don't go in male bathrooms.

Growth Hormone: A peptide hormone. This is not a steroid so it cannot be detected by most tests making it a favorite among athletes. When used properly it has very few, if any, side effects. The benefits of GH are improved sleeping, improved digestion, slowing down aging or even reversing it, improved recovery, protection against muscle wasting when in calorie deficit, burns fat, and builds muscle (as well as every other tissue in the body) when used in very high doses. That being said it is illegal to use this without a prescription and if you are a competing athlete, despite this, this hormone is still used by bodybuilders are all types of athletes. Side effects of abuse is excessive growth of tissue (which can be fatal for hearth or lungs and can give you a gut because small intestines grow) as well as hormone imbalances.
Person 1: Hey man I've been on GH for the past few months and I feel great! I recommend everybody uses it!
Person 2: Wait is that that thing that bodybuilders use and athletes?
Person 1: Yeah they abuse it.
Person 2: Oh hell no man I'm never touching that.
Person 1: Didn't you hear what I just said? They ABUSE it!? It's perfect for people to slow down aging in people over 40.
Person 2: Fuck off man, I ain't no cheat! I don't wanna die!!!!!!!!
Person 1: *leaves and continues living a higher quality life than person 2*

Slang for insulin and typically used by bodybuilders.

Insulin is a highly anabolic hormone; however, it is not a steroid. A steroid is a type of hormone, but not all hormones are a steroid. Insulin is not a steroid because it not a derivative of a lipid; however, other than that, it is very similar to a steroid. For this reason testing for insulin is non existent.

Insulin by itself will not give you big muscles, it is best used with anabolic steroids that increase muscle tissue, such as Testosterone, Deca, and Dianabol. This is known as "stacking hormones".

The reason insulin is a great muscle builder is because of one simple fact: Every cell stores glycogen. Excess calories you eat will be converted into glycogen. Insulin tells every single cell in your body (muscle, fat, connective, even nervous tissue cells) to store glycogen. When you inject insulin you're essentially forcing your cells to take in more glycogen.

This is where the stacking comes in. Using insulin without steroid hormones your body will give all the glycogen to your fact cells, making you fatter. This is why insulin has a bad rep for weight gain. Steroid hormones (especially the 3 I listed) make your muscles bigger, allowing a higher quantity of glycogen to be stored in your muscles. Steroids also block fat production, meaning glycogen won't go to the fat cells. The combination of all this causes insulin to be very powerful in terms of building muscle size.

A steroid hormone.

It is considered one of the safest and least anabolic out there to use.

It does not BUILD muscle size or strength. But make no mistake it is still very powerful, as it protects muscle tissue. Even when in a massive calorie deficit your body will refuse to waste muscle mass when on equipoise. This makes this drug a common favorite for cutting cycles.

Perfect for men in their 40s who begin to lose muscle mass. Hopping on this can ensure they will have nearly the same amount of muscle as 40 when they do 70.

Note: While it protects muscles it doesn't protect nervous sytem breakdown or joint breakdown nearly as much. So you will still get weaker over time, but your BMI and muscle mass will remain the same.
Doctor: I recommend you use equipose from now on.
Person 1: Whatever you say doc!

Bodybuilder 1: I want to get down to 4% body fat but I'm worried I'll lose muscle :(
Coach: Run equipoise your body will protect most of your gains.

There are 3 types of fat people normally eat, Saturated, Unsaturated, and Trans.

Note: there is also 2 types of unsaturated fat, Polyunsaturated and Monounsaturated fat.

Among all the types of fat, each one has a different, yet similar molecular structure. The small difference among each reflects the physical characteristics of the fat, and how it affects our body.

What you should know:

- It's molecular structure is most stable, no carbons have double bonds, and has the most hydrogen

- It is a solid at room temperature

- This type of fat is found in meat and dairy foods. It is also in coconut oil.

- Foods that contain fat are not strictly saturated or unsaturated fat, they are a combination of the two. For instance Peanut butter is mostly unsaturated fat, but does also contain saturated fat.

- It is recommended by nutritionists to eat no more than 30 grams of saturated fat per day.

- Consistently under-eating saturated fat can cause brain atrophy and hormonal deficiencies/issues.

- Consistently over-eating saturated fat can cause weight gain and clogged arteries, both of which are a double whammy against the heart really increasing chances of a heart attack.

- Fat (this includes trans, unsaturated, and saturated) is one of the 4 calorie yielding nutrients. It has 9 calories per gram. Carbs and protein have 4 calories per gram and alcohol has 7 per gram.
Person 1: Hey man you wanna get a double cheeseburger?
