a YUF is a small jump made by two relatively insane people into each other, they run and jump into each other and shout YUF as they colide with pain.

An onomatopoeia of Arabic origin that indicates tiredness, inability to cope with stress, task at hand or life in general, or an overall lack of (social) energy. It is an umbrella term for "I just can't". The more the letter 'u' exists in the word the higher the degree of yuffness. So yuuuuuf means you are more tired than yuuf.
