Referring to a person who is so vile in words and action, that it is determined that some poor woman actually wasted space in her womb as well as time, energy, and nutrients to bring that person into being via childbirth. A person who is considered a waste of wombspace may often be a person with narcissistic tendencies or a gaggle of disturbing fetishes that escalate.
