Wimpcore
Wimpcore describes melodic music that sensitive men and women love. Enjoying wimpcore, rather than a criticism, is actually a badge of courage for men who like their dark rimmed glasses, books of bad poetry, and the love of women who think they are "sensitive" rather than the true stuck-up assholes that they really are.
I have to admit I love wimpcore. Coldplay, Death Cab for Cutie, and the Shins are my favorite bands.

Wimpocrat
1. A modern Liberal & Modern leftist, such as a Democrat. The origin of the word is unknown, but was most likely originally coined by Gerald Celente, founder of the Trends Journal. The word Wimpocrat does not apply to Classic Liberals.
2. A smug liberal. A snobby, holier than thou, arrogant, hypocrite. Loves big government and the nanny state. Usually 'fetishes' minorities, but might deep down be a racist. Advocates for the poor, and for "spreading the wealth" but will never associate with the "poor", let alone want to "donate" any of their own money. Usually is very intolerant of others views and opinions and resorts to personal attacks, name calling, lies and whininess.
They usually believes what CNN and the mainstream media pump out, they hate the Constitution (because of the second amendment) but will not hesitate to use the Constitution to support their cause. Because of their hypocrisy, and the fact that they are whiny wimps who hate the right to self defense & the second amendment, the words wimp and Democrat were combined to create the new word = Wimpocrat.

Wimp-Lo
Based on the character in the 2002 film "Kung Pow! Enter the Fist" who triumphalistically claimed victory in a fight which he clearly lost, taking every setback as an indication that he was winning. It refers to demonstrably losing in every dimension of a (usually online) debate, yet being so proud and stubborn as to claim victory anyways.
While Matt was wrong on nearly every point he brought up, and failed to respond to all of the arguments against his position, he totally pulled a Wimp-Lo.

Striver
The striver is an interesting phenomenon that is seen across college campuses. In essence, the striver is an over-achiever who comes from a working or middle class family. He may be an immigrant. He may have been a slacker in HS who was "born again" into an academic wunderkind. Or he may just be an over-achiever who is keeping at it.
The striver is willing to sacrifice his social life at the expense of Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude. The striver is the guy who stays at the library long after you are gone. The striver is the guy who takes 30 credits/semester and considers anything below an A/4.0 failure. The striver doesn't work on campus, he is too busy finding ways to pad his resume instead of working retail or workstudy. The striver lets his grades pay his education by applying to ten scholarships a year.
The striver is a future Soros/Fullbright/Rhodes/Gates/Marshall/etc. fellow. The striver lives to study. For the striver, their fun comes from the rewards they expect to receive in return for their diligence. Be it Law School, B-School, academia, or politics. The striver seeks to find the American Dream through academic success.

Anthony was a striver. He transfered from a TTT to an IVY and graduated in 2 years. He studied his ass off and went to Penn Law. He got a Biglaw offer. But lost it all because of an unmoderated mesasgeboard.
