Noun. The excuse women use to deflect any sort of blame off of themselves when acting irratically; a defense mechanism as to not take responsibility for their actions.
Girlfriend: "I'm sorry baby, I know I did things behind your back -- lied, cheated, screamed at you and had another man's baby... I don't know what I was thinking... My hormones must just be ridiculous right now, omg!"
Boyfriend: "Bitch don't feed me some bullshit insanity defense. Call it your whoremoans and maybe we can agree on something for once."
similar to the brain function "hormones". Only, whoremoans are when platonic male friends of females decide they want to jump the river & cross the line. Then when the girl gives in because she doesn't want to be rude & ruin their friendship, this is "whoremoans".
yeah, well Sally hooked up with Harry I guess. Her damn whoremoans or something.
A phenomenon in film/television series, most notably streaming series, where the main premise is drawn out to such a point that it takes an entire season or more to get the parts of the series the audience is actually interested in seeing.
For example, if a series is titled "Surf Dracula," a majority of viewers would tune in expecting to see Dracula surfing by the first or second episode. However, the entire first season would instead be tedious padding and backstory before finally ending with Dracula surfing in the last five minutes of the season finale.
I watched "Smallville" on Netflix the other day. Dude, it was ten seasons of filler before he finally flew! Major Surf Dracula Syndrome!
