These females have the uncanny skill of wearing practically nothing in freezing cold weather and not dying of pneumonia or other illnesses. The strength of these females is multiplied when they are surrounded by people with the same abilities, and this is presumably why they roam the streets in packs. Sightings of females with this ability is heavily concentrated in the Hollywood, CA area.
