A mildly derisive euphemism related to "pissed off" but with a suggestion of childhood nervous incontenence or bedwetting. Suggests a loss of control from fear or anxiety as much as anger. "Don't get wee-weed up over it" is similar to "don't wet your pants." Origin is the childhood term wee-wee, to urinate.

A nonsensical phrase used by a politician that is imploding over the failure of his/her policies. The phrase replaces nonsensical phrases uttered by his/her predecessor that showed his/her ignorance.

At an online forum on healthcare held Thursday at the Democratic National Committee (DNC), Obama drew on his own political experience to predict better fortunes next month.

“There’s something about August going into September where everyone in Washington gets all wee-weed up,” the president said.

To argue from emotions without much logical thought. From the "This little piggy" story. The last little piggy "cried wee, wee, wee all the way home." It was use by Barack Obama in August 2009 to describe Washingtonians. To say it came from urinating would not have a coherent meaning. It may have been a spontaneous term that filled the niche at that moment.

The birthers don't look at the evidence and all wee-weed up.

Bo Obama sure can get excited when the girls take him out for a run in the playground, he tries to get out through the garden door and gets all "wee-weed up" when he sees the girls come up the walk.
