Some one who nobody likes or some one who hangs around when they are not wanted and they almost all the time have a shitty haircut and can't be called just a turd but a turdsandwich. O yeah they smell too

Turdsandwich is a word you use to call somebody you don't like. Wether they be fat and ugly, or an annoying lesbian, or just some little bitch with a voice that sounds like a dieing animal, they are, a turdsandwich. Over all, turdsandiwch is an amazing word and will live on forever.
