Turdsandwich is a word you use to call somebody you don't like. Wether they be fat and ugly, or an annoying lesbian, or just some little bitch with a voice that sounds like a dieing animal, they are, a turdsandwich. Over all, turdsandiwch is an amazing word and will live on forever.
Hey Ashley, That bitch Erica is acting like such a turdsandwich, I think I'm going to cut her than dumped battery acid on that bitch!
